PHYSICAL THERAPY
A & A Medical Center, LLC (A & A) provides Physical Therapy services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities in patients with injury or disease.
Services are intended to restore, maintain and promote overall fitness and health.

Personal Injury Protection (PIP) is also available for those that qualify.
COMMUNITY mentaL HEALTH SERVICES
Community Mental Health Services include Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Services, Individual Psychotherapy, Family Psychotherapy, Group Psychotherapy, Neurofeedback, Physical Therapy, Targeted Case Management (soon), and care-coordination with local providers for essential follow ups, as with Psychiatric Evaluations, Treatment, and Medication Management.
PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION SERVICES
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Services provided at A & A are designed to assist the recipient in strengthening and regaining interpersonal skills; psycho-social therapy targeted toward rehabilitation; and development of environmental supports necessary to thrive in community.
Services are designed to assist the recipient to compensate for or eliminate functional deficits and interpersonal and environmental barriers created by their disabilities, and to restore social skills for independent living and effective life management. All services provided at A&A are done so, with the utmost commitment to client centered quality and integrity.
TCM Targeted Case Management Services
Targeted Case Management (TCM) at A&A is a set of services provided intended at helping our clients gain access to needed medical, clinical, social, and educational services to improve the quality of their lives.
At A&A, Case management is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual's and family's comprehensive health needs through communication and available resources to promote patient safety, quality of care, and cost-effective outcomes.
